5. AI-Powered Features

Our Services may use artificial intelligence to process information, such as summarizing installation descriptions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for informational purposes and internal use by our team. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RocketEV and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

ROCKETEV MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.
